I am writing concerning an inmate at Tehachapi correctional institute who is currently serving a life sentence without parole for a crime committed when he was 18. He is now 49 and in corresponding with him over the last three years I have come to have the utmost respect for him as a person and feel khe should be granted a hearing. Eugenia C. Jennett
